This new tourist spot was owned by 57 years old Mr. Nick Eraldo from Talumpok Silangan Batangas City . According to the owner they built it to be their family rest house but as the days passed it became popular not only in the barangay of Talumpok but in the whole Batangas because of the unique location of the house and the peak view of the beauty of Batangas. They first open it for public on March 2023. The " Bahay sa Bato " was built on top of the big rock formation in Sitio Tanauan of Barangay Talumpok Silangan.
